Step 01
Configure your pricing, branding, and service options in the Widget Setup page.
Go to Widget Setup in the left sidebar
Enter your company name — this appears on your quote tool
Set your price per mile and minimum fare
Choose your brand colour (used for buttons and accents)
Add vehicle types (e.g. Small Van, Large Van, Luton) with price multipliers
Add service types (e.g. Same Day, Next Day) with multipliers
Add surcharges (e.g. Weekend rate, Bank Holiday) as fixed or percentage amounts
Toggle the widget Active when you're ready to go live
Click Save Settings

Get your embed code or shareable link from the Embed Code page.
Go to Embed Code in the left sidebar
Copy the shareable link to share directly on social media, WhatsApp, or email
Or copy the HTML embed code to paste into your website

View, filter, and manage all your quote leads from the Leads dashboard.
Go to Leads in the left sidebar
See all leads with customer name, contact details, pickup/delivery, distance, and price
Update the status of each lead (New, Contacted, Booked, Declined)
Filter leads by status or search by name/postcode
Export all leads to CSV for use in your own systems
Leads are stored securely — only you can see them
