How to use QuoteKit

Go to Widget Setup in the left sidebar

Select your business type QuoteKit will pre-fill sensible defaults for your industry

Enter your company name this appears on your quote tool

Choose your pricing mode: distance-based, fixed-price, hourly, or custom

Set your pricing (rate per mile, base price, or hourly rate depending on your mode)

Choose your brand colour (used for buttons and accents)

Add option groups (e.g. vehicle types, property sizes, service levels) with price multipliers

Add optional add-ons & surcharges as fixed or percentage amounts

Toggle the widget Active when you're ready to go live

Click Save Settings

Go to Embed Code in the left sidebar

Copy the shareable link to share directly on social media, WhatsApp, or email

Or copy the HTML embed code to paste into your website

Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and any HTML site

The widget is fully responsive works on mobile and desktop

Your widget URL stays the same you can update your settings anytime without changing the link

Customer visits your widget link or the embedded widget on your website

They enter their job details (postcodes, property size, hours needed depends on your setup)

They select from your option groups (e.g. vehicle type, property size, service level)

Any applicable add-ons or surcharges are added automatically

An instant price is displayed

Customer enters their name, email, and phone number to receive the quote

You receive the lead in your dashboard instantly

Go to Leads in the left sidebar

See all leads with customer name, contact details, their selections, and quoted price

Update the status of each lead (New, Contacted, Booked, Declined)

Filter leads by status or search by name

Export all leads to CSV for use in your own systems

Leads are stored securely only you can see them

Go to Billing in the left sidebar

See your current plan and trial/subscription status

Upgrade from Starter to Pro for more leads and route maps

Manage your payment method via the Stripe customer portal

Cancel anytime your widget stays active until the end of the billing period
