1. About QuoteKit

QuoteKit is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by NexaDesign Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: 18 Goldcrest Way, Rothwell, Kettering, NN14 6FU.

QuoteKit provides a distance-based quote calculator widget that businesses can embed on their websites to capture customer enquiries and provide instant pricing.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using QuoteKit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of QuoteKit.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your widget will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data and configuration will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

4. Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuoteKit to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect data from customers without their knowledge or consent
• Misrepresent your business or pricing to customers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business quoting

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing and information you configure in your widget. QuoteKit provides a tool to calculate and display quotes based on the parameters you set — we are not responsible for any quotes generated or any business decisions made based on those quotes.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of QuoteKit complies with your own privacy obligations to your customers, including displaying appropriate privacy notices on your website.

7. Intellectual property

QuoteKit and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of NexaDesign Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your business purposes during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of your data (widget configuration, leads, etc.).

8. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaDesign Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuoteKit, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of QuoteKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
